Appointments

The clinic operates under an efficient appointment system. Bookings can be made in person, by telephone or email.

Initial consultations last for up to an hour. We ask that you please arrive at least ten minutes prior to your appointment to complete a New Client Form. Alternatively, it can be downloaded and brought with you.

Subsequent consultations are for 45 minutes. We ask that you arrive five minutes prior to the allocated time.

Your Osteopath will always try to run on time, however, this can sometimes prove difficult. If we are running more than 20 minutes behind schedule, we will try and contact you in advance. If you are running late or can not keep an appointment please phone so that we can allocate the time to someone on our waiting list.

Failure to advise the clinic that you are unable to attend your appointment within 24hrs may incur a non-attendance fee.

In order for your Osteopath to have a clear understanding of your medical history, please bring any past medical imaging with you for review and copy. For example, X Rays, CT Scans, MRI Scans, Ultrasounds.

Please wear comfortable clothing which allow for movement and flexibly. Gowns are provided.

We ask all of our clients to annually fill out a Renewal of Client Information form to ensure that we have your up to date contact details and treatment consent.

Referrals
